Punarnava Ark

Punarnava Ark (पुनर्नवा अर्क) is prepared from Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa), whose name in Sanskrit means "that which renews the body." Punarnava is one of the most revered herbs in Ayurveda, classified as a Rasayana (rejuvenating herb) and described extensively in classical texts for its ability to restore health, reduce swelling and rejuvenate vital organs.

The herb has a unique combination of properties — it is simultaneously diuretic, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective and nephroprotective (kidney-protecting). The ark (distillate) form of Punarnava delivers these benefits in a highly bioavailable, gentle liquid form.
