Dashmool Ark

Dashmool Ark (दशमूल अर्क) is one of the most potent classical formulations in Ayurveda, prepared from the "Dashmool" — the ten sacred roots described in Ayurvedic texts. These ten roots are divided into two groups (Laghu Panchamool and Brihad Panchamool) and together create a powerful Vata-pacifying, anti-inflammatory and rejuvenating combination.

The distillate (ark) form of Dashmool is easy to administer and rapidly absorbed. It is especially renowned as a postpartum tonic for new mothers — helping in recovery, reducing Vata imbalance and restoring strength after childbirth. It is also highly effective in arthritis, asthma, swelling, urinary disorders and general debility.
